SMOORE, Vaporesso’s Parent Company, Valued At Almost 23 Billion

SMOORE, the parent company of VAPORESSO, launched its IPO on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange earlier this month. It’s now valued at almost 23 billion USD.

You might not recognize SMOORE, but you certainly know of the brands it owns and manufactures, which include Vaporesso and Renova. On December 19, 2019, SMOORE submitted their listing application materials to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in the name of their holding company, SMOORE International Holdings Limited.

Earlier this month, at 9:30AM on July 10, 2020, SMOORE became the first company in the vaping industry to be officially listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX).

At the time of writing this article, shares in Smoore have more than doubled from their initial stock price of HK$12.40 to HK$31.00 on the HKEX. This leaves Smoore’s valuation at nearly $23 billion USD.

Who is SMOORE? How have they achieved these significant accomplishments?

As one of the world’s largest providers of vaping equipment, SMOORE constantly aims to improve the status quo and is committed to bringing a unified and complete standard to the entire vaping industry.

Their listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange has provided SMOORE with a strong supporting role in setting the industry benchmark. SMOORE hires more employees in the R&D field than employees for their sales team; it’s obvious that SMOORE puts a strong emphasis on innovation rather than just marketing or sales.

SMOORE has 14 years of experience in the field of OEM/ODM. According to business consulting firm Frost & Sullivan, SMOORE accounts for a whopping 16.5% of the total vaping industry market share.

SMOORE has become synonymous with high-quality and has achieved its specialization in advanced heating element technologies. These technologies have been passed down to its sub-brands’ products, giving them the same innovative and safe qualities.

As a vaper, you definitely know Vaporesso, which has been owned by SMOORE since 2015

Smoore was founded in 2009. It manufactures its own brands, including Vaporesso, Renova, FEELM and CCELL, but it also supplies devices or components for Japan Tobacco, Reynolds, NJOY, RELX and others.

As one of the sub-brands of SMOORE, Vaporesso has inherited SMOORE’s spirit and incorporated it into its own mission to be “Beyond the Ordinary”. With cutting-edge ingenuity, Vaporesso is dedicated to satisfying its customers with a high-quality vaping experience.

VAPORESSO’s products, such as VECO, ZERO, LUXE and the GEN family, cover a full range of open-system vapes and fulfill the various needs of different kinds of vapers.

So far, along with SMOORE, Vaporesso’s business has spread to more than 60 countries and regions around the world and has established a substantial brand influence in Europe, America, and emerging markets.

But Vaporesso’s efforts far exceed that. By working closely together with their partners, and with their consistent innovation and craftsmanship, Vaporesso will continue providing high-quality products and services for their existing 800 million happy users and counting. In this way, Vaporesso aims to provide a better and brighter future for the vaping industry.
