Our Verdict

There are many things I like about the X6000 disposable. It is super easy to use with no need to worry about airflow controls or any buttons. They come prefilled with 14ml of ejuice and offer up to 6000 puffs. They claim to get you around 20 days of usage, however as a heavy vaper I was only able to get about 10 days of full use.

The rechargeable battery ensured I got to use all 14ml of ejuice before having to toss the device. I really dislike the idea of not having the recharge option with a disposable, so it’s great that these can be recharged. There are so many times I had a device that died and I knew there was still ejuice in there to use up. This is not the case with the X6000 and I am a really big fan of that.

Among the 10 flavor options, there are some really unique flavors that give you the opportunity to try something different. If that isn’t for you, there are some standard flavor options you can choose as well. If you don’t see a flavor option for you, check back soon, as they do claim to have more flavors coming soon.

The size of the X6000 is quite large and with that you aren’t going to want to take multiples of these with you as they are a little on the larger side. The only other downside to these disposables was the flavor drop and the airy draw I experienced as the device died, however this was nothing a quick recharge didn’t fix.

If you are looking for a solid, well built disposable that is going to deliver good flavor and a medium to tight MTL draw, I suggest going and picking up a Geek Bar X6000 and trying it for yourself.

Geek Bar has a wide range of disposable devices that vary in puff count, ejuice capacity and battery size. Today, we will be taking a look at the Geek Bar X6000. The X6000 is a larger sized disposable, even considering the ejuice capacity and the size of the battery. The soft-touch plastic used on the body gives the device a bit of grip and makes it really nice to hold. The shape of the X6000 is wider at the top and tapers towards the bottom which makes it the perfect shape for your hands.

Each Geek Bar X6000 comes filled with 14ml of ejuice and is only available in 50mg (5%) nicotine strength. Their website claims that the 6000 puffs should last around 20 days, however how long it actually lasts will depend strongly on how much you vape during the day. For example, heavy users may only get around 15 days of usage, while occasional vapers could get to use the device for up to 30 days before running out of ejuice.

It has a 630mAh Type-C rechargeable battery, which is great because this allows you to recharge as many times as needed to get to the last drop of ejuice.

Design & Build Quality

  • Geek Bar X6000 Disposables - 5

The Geek Bar X6000 is a really nice looking device. The entire device is made of two different plastic materials, however I was not able to find any information on the packaging or the product website about what type of plastic it is. Nonetheless, both types of plastic seem to be of high quality.

The cylindrical shape of the device is very comfortable to hold. The device is a little larger at the top and tapers towards the bottom. The Geek Bar X6000 is 109mm tall and has a diameter of 25.5mm. This design and shape allows your fingers to wrap perfectly around the device.

The circular mouthpiece is made of a clear plastic material that covers and wraps over the top portion of the device. The clear plastic features some line designs throughout the mouthpiece which gives the device a more finished look.

The mouthpiece also has a silicone liner that helps prevent any ejuice from escaping the device as you draw. There was no mention of why this silicone liner was used, but I didn’t experience any spit back. If this was the goal, then good on Geek Bar. If it was not, and the silicone was purely cosmetic, then it actually did serve a purpose beyond looking good.

The body of the device is also very simple with one piece of plastic for the body. The device has a very simple look with the device featuring a soft touch coating with the GEEK BAR logo printed in silver on the front of the device and a GB logo printed in silver on the back. Below the smaller GB logo there is the flavor of the device printed in black.

The bottom of the X6000 is flat which allows you to stand the device up. The type-c charger is located at the bottom of the device. You will also find the airflow slit and white LED located on the bottom of the device. The LED is not bright at all and does allow for you to discreetly use the device.

Flavors

Geek Bar X6000 Disposables - 1

There are currently 10 flavor options on the official Geek Bar website. There is a notice in the flavor section about more flavors to come so we will have to wait to see what those are. The flavor profiles currently listed are:

  • Rose Lychee
  • Blue Razz
  • Blueberry Jelly
  • Lush Ice
  • Menthol
  • Rainbow Sugar
  • Peach Mango Guava
  • Strawberry Milkshake
  • Peach Mint Iced Tea
  • Aloe Grape

There is a wide range of flavors with most of the profiles being quite unique. There are some fruity options like Peach Mango Guava, Blueberry Jelly and Peach Mint Iced Tea and Blue Razz. There is also a Menthol option and a sole candy option, Rainbow Sugar.

I received 5 flavors for the purpose of this review. I’m going to describe how each flavor tastes to me and what I think of them. Keep in mind that just because I like a flavor does not mean that you will like it, and vice-versa. This is solely my subjective opinion.

Rose Lychee

This flavor is very floral and potent. The rose overpowers the lychee on this one and it’s a little too much for me. I could not see myself using this as an all day vape but if you are into floral flavors this may just be the one for you.

Blue Razz

This is a more subtle blue raspberry flavor. The flavor is very organic and naturally sweet. The raspberry flavor lingers on the tongue long after you exhale. This was probably my favorite of the bunch. You really can’t go wrong with a Blue Razz flavor.

Menthol

This one is very refreshing. I am not a huge menthol fan myself but even I was able to enjoy this one. There isn’t a strong throat hit like some of the other menthol vapes I have had in the past, you know the ones that give you instant brain freeze. This is more like a stick of gum. Great option for those subtle mint lovers out there.

Peach Mint Iced Tea

Immediately upon inhaling on this vape you can taste the peach iced tea and it is absolutely delicious. I wasn’t able to taste the mint flavor though, so if the mint in the name turned you away from this then you should reconsider. This was a strong contender for my favorite.

Rainbow Sugar
This vape smells as good as it tastes. If you like gummy worms or gummy bears you are going to absolutely love this flavor. Perfect for those with a sweet tooth.

How do they vape?

Geek Bar X6000 Disposables - 2

The Geek Bar X6000 is only available in 50mg (5%) nicotine strength. At this time there are no other nicotine strengths for this disposable.

The X6000 delivers a medium to tight MTL draw that is satisfying with each draw. The draw is dense and the flavor is really good, however I did notice a slight drop in flavor as the device died. After recharging the device the flavor was back to top performance. With that said, keep in mind that the battery needs to have a good level of charge for the flavor to be top notch.

The vapor is quite warm which I really liked. I do think that the silicone insert in the mouthpiece helps cool the vapor but not to a point where it’s too cool. This silicone insert also had no effect on the flavor, which is perfect.

While using the X6000 I did not experience any issues with drawing on the device. The device responded with each draw and did not fail at all. There were absolutely no issues with the device leaking even after sitting on its side for long periods of time.
