The bottom line
Iโm not going to sit here and recommend that everyone go out and try Yogi, because that wouldnโt be an accurate recommendation. Instead, I think that vapers who like dessert flavors, even if youโre unsure if youโll like granola, should give them a try. If youโre a fan of granola bars, the choice is easy, as Yogiโs e-juices have a very accurate granola flavor that is sure to remind you of a store-bought granola bar.
But two things to keep in mind: one is that their nicotine salts are not available in lower strengths, so youโre stuck with 35mg/ml at the lowest. Number two is that some flavors, like Java Granola, can be heavy and a bit harsh, so I would stick to their original or fruit-and-granola flavors for a smooth, tasty experience.

Product Overview
One of the best parts about being a vaper is that it never gets boring. You have access to so many different flavors that you could vape a different one each day and still never try them all. While there are a lot of vapers out there who are content with just sticking to fruit flavors, Iโm not one of them; Iโm always looking for a new, unique e-juice flavor to try.
This search for something new is exactly how I first discovered Yogi many years ago. Their granola-inspired e-juices were very different from the fruit flavors that I was used to seeing, and ever since then, Iโve gone through a few bottles of their nicotine salts here and there as part of my flavor rotation.
This review is long overdue, but Iโm hoping that it will still be of help to those wondering if Yogiโs e-juices are worth the buy. The short answer is that these e-juices arenโt for everyone, and the flavors can be polarizing. The long answer, well, Iโll give you that in this review.
About Yogi
Yogi was founded in 2015 as a premium e-juice brand, and theyโve definitely lived up to that standard. Yogi delivers everything a premium e-juice brand should: unique, complex flavors made with premium ingredients and top-tier quality control.
Yogi is best known for its original line of granola-inspired flavors, but it has expanded its flavor lineup over the years and now offers three other fruit-centric lines of e-juices. But even though they now offer granola-free fruit flavors, Yogi is a brand that Iโll always associate with granola flavors, and thatโs what Iโll be focusing on in this review.
Yogi E-Liquids: What to Expect
If youโre a fan of granola bars, then youโre exactly who Yogi was made for. Yogiโs original lineup has 12 flavors, available in both freebase nicotine and nicotine salt forms. All of these flavors have a granola bar flavor base complemented by fruit or other flavors, just like you would get with a real granola bar.
Yogiโs freebase e-liquids are available in 60ml bottles and in 0, 3, or 6mg nicotine strength. Whatโs great about their freebase e-liquids is that theyโre all 70 VG or higher, so they are loved by cloud chasers. If youโre looking to blow big, flavorful clouds, Yogi is the way to go.
Yogiโs nicotine salt e-juices come in 30ml bottles and in either 35mg or 50mg nicotine strength. Unfortunately, they donโt offer a 20mg or 25mg option, so those looking for a low-nicotine salt option will want to look at another brand.
How do the flavors taste?
Like with my other e-juice reviews, I tested out three flavors from Yogiโs original lineup: Yogi Original Granola Bar, Yogi Blueberry Granola Bar, and Yogi Java Granola Bar. I received all of these in nicotine salt form in 35mg/ml nicotine strength, but the flavors are shared with Yogiโs freebase lineup, so you should get a good idea of how the flavors taste regardless of which version you get.
Since these are nicotine salts, I used them with appropriately low-power pod devices. I used the VAPORESSO XROS 6, UWELL Caliburn G5, and UWELL Caliburn G5 KOKO for testing. These devices all use widely available pods, which are also used by other devices from the brands. And since these brands are so popular amongst vapers, thereโs a good chance that you use the same pods, so my thoughts on the flavors should be accurate to what youโll experience if you choose to pick up Yogiโs e-juices.
Now, Iโm going to describe how these e-juices taste to me and what I think of them. However, keep in mind that just because I like a flavor does not mean that you will like it. Similarly, if I donโt like a flavor, this does not mean that you will not like it. This is solely my subjective opinion.
Original Granola Bar
Thereโs a distinct, accurate granola taste here, and it’s also slightly sweet. There are some nutty undertones, too. Itโs crazy how much this tastes like an actual granola bar, so Yogi definitely got it right. This isnโt a flavor for vapers who want something extremely sweet, but it hits the spot for a mellow, understated flavor that still gives your taste buds something to latch onto. As a vaper who likes different flavors, this one is very unique and tasty, too.
Blueberry Granola Bar
If plain olโ granola doesnโt sound flavorful enough, thatโs where the fruit and granola flavors might pique your interest. The blueberry flavor here elevates the granola from simple to simply amazing. Itโs sweet and fruity, but the underlying granola base adds complexity that I really like. Itโs very similar to a real blueberry granola bar, just maybe sweeter. Itโs a nice twist on one of the most popular fruit flavors, and that granola flavor is what keeps it interesting.
Java Granola Bar
I found this flavor to be heavier and harsher than the other two. The java/coffee flavor is thick and really hits my chest and throat. Itโs moderately sweet, but I canโt take more than a few puffs without feeling overwhelmed by the heavy flavor. The granola gets lost and overpowered by the java, making this more of a heavy coffee flavor than anything.
How do they vape?
Most of Yogiโs flavors that Iโve tried are smooth and slightly sweet. This includes ones that Iโve tried in the past but have not included in this review, like Peanut Butter Banana Granola and Strawberry Granola. For the most part, they vape really well and provide a unique flavor from the granola base that makes them more interesting to vape on than your standard fruit-only flavor.
That said, Java Granola is the only one Iโve tried that vapes a bit harshly, with a heavy vape that really hits your throat and chest with an โoomphโ. From my experience, this makes it an outlier, but it does bring up a point that I have about Yogiโs e-juices, and that point is that these flavors are more polarizing than your standard fruit-focused ones.
While I personally find the flavors delightful, thatโs because I like the granola base. If you donโt like granola bars and, by extension, granola flavor, then how well the fruit flavors complement the granola probably won’t matter.
The 35mg/ml nicotine strength is strong for sure, but definitely delivers that kick of nicotine that vapes crave. I would have preferred a lower nicotine strength option if there had been the choice, but the 35mg/ml didnโt feel too overwhelming or powerful.
These e-juices seem to do well with the GPP and XROS series pods that Iโve been using them with. Flavor switching is good too, although the Java granola flavor seems to leave a bit of a lingering flavor.
Verdict
Iโm not going to sit here and recommend that everyone go out and try Yogi, because that wouldnโt be an accurate recommendation. Instead, I think that vapers who like dessert flavors, even if youโre unsure if youโll like granola, should give them a try.
