ZOOVOO DRAGBAR F600 Review: The Mini DRAG

There are plenty of vapers out there who look for disposable devices that have the largest amount of ejuice and the highest puff count on the market. But what about vapers who are lighter users or who don’t want to vape the same flavor for over 6000 puffs? If this sounds like you, then the ZOVOO DRAGBAR F600 might just be your type of disposable. 

The DRAGBAR F600, dubbed the Mini DRAG, is much smaller in size, capacity and puff count than its big brother the R6000. It still features that classic DRAG design that is very comfortable to hold and it looks really nice, sporting bright neon colors.

The DRAGBAR F600 comes filled with 2ml of ejuice in one of three nicotine strengths: 0mg, 9.8mg and 20mg options. You can expect to get around 600 puffs with each device. It has a 500mAh battery, however it can not be recharged. The size of the battery should be more than large enough to reach all 600 puffs, so that should not be a deal breaker by any means.

Design & Build Quality

If you’ve kept up with ZOVOO’s new product releases then the DRAGBAR F600 may look very familiar. That’s because it’s a mini version of the DRAGBAR R6000. The main difference is that the F600 is quite a bit smaller, coming in at 94.67mm tall and 23.67mm wide, compared to the R6000 which is 124.7mm tall, 31.2mm wide and 32.8 mm deep. The F600 is a pretty standard size for a disposable so it’s very portable and easy to take multiples on-the-go with you. 

The design inspiration for all of these devices has been taken from that of the original Voopoo Drag devices and with that, include a rounded body with a flat front and a leather-textured grip on the back of the device for added grip.

I will break down the F600 from top to bottom. The entire device is made of one piece of plastic, using multiple finishes and details. The mouthpiece is a glossy plastic that features a circular opening, which is comfortable to use and wrap my lips around.

The body of the DRAGBAR F600 is basically a cylinder with a flat front panel. The back of the device has a leather-like texture that adds a bit of grip. The word DRAG has also been imprinted on it as well. The entire body of the device features a semi-shiny plastic.

Looking at the front of the device there is a flat panel with the DRAGBAR logo printed in a bold white font. Above and below the logo are two white lines, as well as the flavor of the device printed in a small white font at the bottom of the panel. 

There are two small holes on the bottom of the device. One of these holes is the airflow hole and one of them is the blue LED that lights up when you take a draw. The F600 does not have a rechargeable battery or adjustable airflow. 

Flavors

According to the Zovoo website they currently have 10 flavor profiles listed with more coming soon, claiming to have 20 flavors soon to be available. The flavors profiles currently listed are:

There seems to be a strong presence of fruit flavors with the F600’s with the only other options being beverage flavors. They do not have any candy or tobacco flavors. There are 3 iced options but no strictly mint flavors to choose from.

I received 5 flavors for the purpose of this review. I’m going to describe how each flavor tastes to me and what I think of them. Keep in mind that just because I like a flavor does not mean that you will like it, and vice-versa. This is solely my subjective opinion.

Grape

This grape flavor offers a truly organic purple grape taste. It has a sweetness but is not candied at all and is absolutely delicious. Great for an all day vape.

Sour Apple

I personally would have named this flavor “sweet apple” as it is not very sour. I can taste the granny smith apple flavor here but it is not overly tarty. I really like the sweetness that this flavor has to offer and found myself vaping on it a lot, so I wasn’t surprised at all when it was the first one to run out.

Kiwi Passionfruit Guava

This flavor is a great mix of fruits with the kiwi flavor taking front stage. The passionfruit and guava flavors are strong as well, just slightly more subtle than the kiwi. All around another delicious flavor for someone who likes something more than just an apple or strawberry flavor. 

Sweet Strawberry

I wouldn’t call this strawberry flavor organic. It’s not exactly candied but it is sweeter and doesn’t have that natural strawberry sweetness. I still consider it to be a great flavor but the sweetness of this may be a little much for some vapers.

Strawberry Ice

This strawberry ice flavor is more organic and natural tasting. Not sweet at all. It does have a slight cooling on the exhale but nothing too overpowering. Strongly recommend trying this one out.

How do they vape?

The DRAGBAR F600 is available in three different nicotine strengths: 0mg/ml, 9.8mg/ml, 20mg/ml. It is nice to see that they offer so many different nicotine strengths that cater to different vapers. For this review I received the 20mg/ml strength.

The F600 delivers a MTL draw that is quite satisfying. The draw is quite dense and the flavor is great right down to the last draw. The vapor is warm, verging on cool, and I would prefer a warmer vape. But it’s still a nice experience and a device that I don’t mind using. 

The vapor produced from these disposables is a surprising amount for how small they are. I don’t think that you would be winning any cloud chucking competitions, but they produce a lot of vapor from even a short puff. 

The draw activation worked each and every time without any issue. I also did not experience any issues with the devices leaking, even after they were sitting for long periods of time. 

Verdict

The F600 is a great option for people who don’t necessarily like using the same flavor for long periods of time. These are also a great option for someone who is a lighter vaper or who only vapes occasionally. The 2ml of ejuice and 600 puff count is ideal for both of these situations.

I also like that there are three different nicotine options, as these disposables can be good for someone looking to switch from smoking to vaping and also for those looking to cut down on their nicotine intake. 

The F600 is available in 20 different flavor options and the five that I tried were all great. You can expect a nice MTL draw that is very satisfying.

There are only two cons to these devices and that is that there is no airflow adjustment, so the draw is what it is and there is no way to tweak it to your preference. The F600 is also not rechargeable so when the device dies there is no way to get out any remaining eliquid that may remain.

I think that the pros outweigh the cons that the F600 comes with so I can easily recommend that you go ahead and pick up one or more of the DRAGBAR F600’s. I think you will be pleasantly surprised.
