Koi CBD Vape Juice Review: 500mg & 1000mg Review

Koi has quickly grown to be one of the largest names for CBD products. Their CBD vape juice is an especially popular product but they also carry CBD tinctures, CBD gummies, CBD balms, and even CBD for your pets! If you’re looking for a CBD product, chances are that they sell it.

Their CBD vape juice line consists of six flavors, and a flavorless additive. I’ve used Koi’s CBD vape juice’s for quite some time now so I have a good idea of how well they work and how they taste. Today, I’m going to be reviewing three of their CBD vape juices: Red Koi, Blue Koi, and their flavorless White Koi.

These vape juices were sent to me by Vape Craft Inc. for the purpose of this review.

About Koi CBD

Koi uses only USA-grown hemp for all of their CBD products. Their CBD vape juice uses high quality ingredients and all-natural, pure CBD that contains non-detectable levels of THC (less than 0.001%). This means that you won’t get high from vaping their CBD ejuice. Each batch is manufactured in an ISO-certified lab and then independently tested by a 3rd party lab for potency and purity.

Koi’s website has the certificate of analysis for each of their products. From what I’ve seen, the testing is very thorough. In addition to being able to vape their CBD ejuice, you can also take it orally as a tincture.

Koi CBD Vape Juice

Koi currently carry six flavors of CBD vape juice and one flavorless additive. All of their CBD vape juices come in a 30ml bottle. They offer three strengths: 250mg, 500mg and 1000mg of CBD per bottle. 

Each of their CBD vape juice flavors is made from propylene glycol, food grade vegetable glycerin, natural cannabidiol isolate, and natural and artificial flavorings. Each bottle contains non-detectable levels of THC (less than 0.001%).

As for pricing, Koi’s products aren’t cheap but they’re also not too expensive. 250mg bottles are $19.99, 500mg bottles are $34.99, and 1000mg bottles are $59.99 (all prices in USD). 

Koi CBD Vape Juice Flavors

I received three of Koi CBD flavors for this review: Red Koi, Blue Koi, and White Koi. I used each of these in a low-powered vape tank at around 30W. I’m going to go over each flavor and describe how it tastes.

Red Koi

Red Koi is a rich, strawberry milkshake flavor. It’s a lot like other ‘strawberries & cream’ flavors with its taste of fresh strawberries and the creamy afternotes of a milkshake. It’s a really nice and balanced flavor that isn’t too sweet but still tastes delicious. It’s very smooth too. If you’re a fan of strawberry flavors then you’ll really enjoy Red Koi. I myself could vape Red Koi all day long.

Blue Koi

Blue Koi is a candy-like blue raspberry and dragon fruit flavor. The blue raspberry in this flavor is tasty and candy-like; similar to a tangy candy. I can definitely taste the notes of dragon fruit but they’re less pronounced than the blue raspberry notes. For me, this is one of the top blue razz ejuices that I’ve tried. Like Red Koi, I can vape this all day and not get sick of it.

White Koi

White Koi is a flavorless additive. As such, it doesn’t actually taste like anything. It’s got a slight sweetness to it due to the VG but it’s as close to flavorless as you can get. Adding White Koi to my ejuices dilutes their flavor very slightly. However, all I taste when I add this to an ejuice is the flavor that I added it to, along with a hint of cannabidiol. If you’re after a way to vape your existing ejuice and get CBD at the same time, White Koi is perfect.

How Does Koi CBD Vape Juice Make You Feel?

When I vape Koi’s CBD ejuice, I feel more calm and relaxed. This effect is especially noticeable when I’ve had a stressful day or when I’m feeling anxious. Loading up some Koi in my vape tank really mellows me out and de-stresses me. Shortly after vaping, I feel a warm wave of calm wash over me.

In addition to the relaxing effects, I also find CBD ejuice to be great for my back pain. CBD doesn’t work for everyone with pain but for myself I find it to be particularly effective. Any time I have back pain, I vape some CBD ejuice and the pain quickly dulls. Koi works just as good as other CBD ejuices I’ve used and gave me noticeable and near-immediate pain relief.

Verdict

Koi’s CBD ejuices are tasty and effective. They vape just like any other ejuice and produce smooth, pleasant vapor. Koi’s flavors are definitely some of the best CBD ejuice flavors out there and they really work. For a tasty CBD ejuice that makes a difference you’ll notice, I highly recommend giving Koi a try.
