The Sirius 2200 disposable vape is just one of many disposables vapes offered by Vaporlax. Vaporlax is owned by Mi-Pod and specializes in disposable vapes and nic salt ejuices.

The Sirius is on the larger side of disposables but they come prefilled with 10ml of nic salt ejuice in 50mg/ml strength and provide up to 2200 puffs from each device. These are available in 18 flavors, most of which are fruit and fruit/menthol flavors. They also feature an airflow adjustment to fine-tune your draw.

Sirius disposables have an industry-leading defective rate because each individual disposable is tested at the factory before being boxed and shipped. This should mean no more pulling a disposable out of the package only to find that it doesn’t work.

Design & Build Quality

  • Sirius Disposable Vapes 1

While these are not the largest disposable vapes that I’ve seen, Sirius disposables are definitely not the smallest either. Each one stands around 100mm tall and has a diameter of about 24mm so they’re pretty chunky. They also have quite a bit of weight to them. But given the specs, this is understandable. A single Sirius disposable comes filled with 10ml of nic salt ejuice in 50mg strength and packs a non-rechargeable 1500mAh battery. This should provide somewhere around 2200 puffs per disposable.

I can fit a few in my pocket without them being too noticeable so they are still perfectly portable and easy to carry around. They are larger and heavier than other disposables but not so much so that it hinders their convenience.

The shape of the Sirius is standard for a disposable; each one is tube shaped with a black plastic mouthpiece. What sets them apart for me is the design. There’s a pattern of dots that start off larger near the top and gradually get smaller towards the bottom until they disappear completely. I haven’t seen this sort of design on another disposable and it looks kind of neat.

Each disposable is color coded to the flavor that it holds but also has the flavor labeled. With 18 flavors it would be hard, if not impossible, to appropriately match a different color for each flavor so I’m glad that they’re labeled. In addition to the printed flavor, each one also has Sirius 2200 and a Sirius logo.

The mouthpiece is large and ergonomically shaped. It slopes in from the bottom, as well as from the sides, to form a nice shape that is comfortable to rest my lips on and draw from.

The bottom of each disposable features an airflow control dial. When looking from the top of the disposable, you can turn the dial clockwise to open up the airflow or counterclockwise to close it down. Wide open provides a loose mouth to lung draw, while closing it down all the way really restricts the draw down to a tight mouth to lung. There’s quite a range of adjustment so you can fine-tune the draw to anything in between until you find your preferred draw.

Flavors

Sirius Disposable Vapes 3Sirius 2200 disposables come in 18 flavors. These are a mix of fruit and fruit/menthol flavors so there’s a little something for everyone. Unfortunately there are no tobacco flavors which is a real bummer.

I’m going to describe how each flavor tastes to me and what I think of them. Keep in mind that just because I like a flavor does not mean that you will like it, and vice-versa. This is solely my subjective opinion.

Strawberry Cream

Natural strawberries with a touch of cream that isn’t too sweet or rich. I’ve tried other strawberry cream flavors that just made me feel sick but this one is mellow and nice. The strawberry flavor is the main flavor and the cream compliments it nicely.

Banana Ice

This is somewhere between a natural banana taste and a banana candy, but more towards the candied side. There’s also just a touch of cooling involved. If you’re expecting an icy blast, change your expectations. I like the subtle cooling though and it makes this flavor perfectly enjoyable even for someone who doesn’t particularly like menthol flavors.

Rainbow Mix

I think that this is supposed to taste like the popular chewy round candies that rhyme with riddles, but it tastes like a fruit medley to me. It’s sweeter than a normal fruit mix would be, and I can’t discern any individual fruit flavors, but it’s very tasty. The mix of fruity notes come together nicely and make for an enjoyable and tasty vape. This flavor is sweet but I can still vape on it all day.

How Do They Vape?

Sirius Disposable Vapes 2Each Sirius 2200 disposable comes prefilled with 10ml of 50mg/ml nicotine salt ejuice. I get good satisfaction from vaping on these, especially if I close down the airflow a little for a tighter draw. Closing the airflow all the way down really replicates the draw of a cigarette which is great news for those looking to make the switch.

The draw from all of the flavors that I tried is very smooth and not harsh in the least. They’re also super hassle-free and easy to use. You can pick one up, take a few draws, and put it back down again until the next time that you need it. I haven’t had any leaking or malfunctioning, so they’re really maintenance-free as can be.

Vaporlax claims 2200+ puffs from each disposable and that seems reasonable considering the ejuice capacity and 1500mAh battery. I did not count my puffs with these disposables, but I think that I’ve gotten at least a few hundred puffs from each one. At this point they are all still functioning the same as the day that I started using them. I think it’s safe to assume that I will get at least 1500 puffs from each one before they start to slow down.

Verdict

Vaporlax have made a real winner with their Sirius 2200 disposables. These are among the best, if not the best, disposables that I’ve tried for so many reasons. They come filled with a lot of ejuice, the draw is ultra satisfying, and they last for a while without any performance drop off. The fact that they’re on top of their quality control gives me more confidence in them too because I know that they’re going to work out of the box.

The only drawback I can find is that they don’t offer a tobacco flavor. This isn’t that big of a deal to me, but I’m sure that some vapers out there will have a bone to pick.

If you’re looking for a good disposable that will work out of the box and provides great performance with great flavors to match, I highly recommend picking up some of the Sirius 2200 disposables.
