Our Verdict

MOTI has done a great job with their BOTO 6000 disposables. They’re the complete package, from the design, to the flavors, to how long each one lasts. The 14ml of ejuice and rechargeable battery in each one are able to last for over a week of vaping, even if you’re a heavy vaper, and the flavors keep you coming back for more.

There are so many disposable vapes out there and so there are a lot of choices to choose from, but the BOTO 6000 is a disposable that I’m going to be sad that I have to put away after this review. The flavors (especially Kiwi Dragonfruit) are expertly done and taste great without being too sugary or sweet.

The only material con that I can think of is that they are more the size of a vape pen than a disposable one but that’s the tradeoff that you have to make if you want a device that is rechargeable and comes filled with 14ml of ejuice.

I hate that I have to put these away, but I think I’ll sneak in a few vapes here and there in between my other reviews.

MOTI is a vaping brand that you’ve probably heard of before. They make pod vapes, pod mods, and disposable vapes, and they’ve collaborated with other huge vaping brands like VAPORESSO.

In the last few years, MOTI has been making a name for themselves in the vaping industry thanks to their high-quality products and interesting innovations.

We’ve reviewed a few of MOTI’s products here on Versed Vaper, like the MOTI X Pod Mod, MOTI Play Pod Kit, and MOTI X Mini. All of these devices garnered good review scores from our team and are devices that we would use again. MOTI definitely seems to know what they’re doing with their devices.

The BOTO 6000 is one of MOTI’s latest disposable vapes and it’s positioned to be just as impressive as the rest of their devices. Each one is rated for up to 6000 puffs and comes filled with 14ml of ejuice. They are also rechargeable and feature a 480mAh battery. The BOTO 6000’s are available in 50mg nicotine strength.

These disposables were sent to me directly by MOTI for the purpose of this review.

Design & Build Quality

  • MOTI BOTO 6000 DIsposables - 4

The BOTO 6000 has a nice design that manages to look good without being overly simple. Depending on the flavor that you get, the finish is either a satin metallic or shiny. I like the look of both but the shiny finish looks a little better in my opinion.

These disposables have a thick tube shape that is 114.3mm tall and 30mm in diameter. It’s on the larger side of disposables but you get a lot of ejuice (14ml) in each one. This is the type of disposable that you’ll use one at a time because taking more than one with you out of the house is going to add some bulk to your person.

On the flip side, the large size is very comfortable in the hand. It’s a lot like using a vape pen and so you don’t have to scrunch your hand up to hold it properly. It’s natural to grip the BOTO 6000 whether you hold it in your palm and vape or between your index and thumb.

Although they’re made of plastic they don’t feel cheap. The finish on each one gives them a higher end look, especially the satin finished ones. A nice feature to these is the drip tip, which is rubber. It’s much nicer on my lips than plastic mouthpieces and even lets you hold the drip tip comfortably with your teeth for hands-free vaping.

There is a downside to the rubber mouthpiece and that is that it picks up lint and dust. I found myself obsessively cleaning it off everytime that I took it out of my pockets so as to not get tiny fluffs in my mouth.  Maybe I need to clean out my pockets better…

Each BOTO 6000 has an interesting logo that I can’t make heads or tails out of. I couldn’t tell you what it’s supposed to be but if you know leave me a comment. The slogan “Satisfy your delicate feelings” is printed just underneath this logo, which is kind of weird but hey.

On the opposite side of the logo and slogan there is the flavor printed on the device.

Finally, on the bottom of each BOTO 6000 there is the Type-C charging port, an airflow hole, and a blue LED.

Features

MOTI BOTO 6000 DIsposables - 8

What do you get when you buy a BOTO 6000 disposable? For one you get 14ml of ejuice, which is a lot to have in one disposable device. MOTI says that this is good for up to 6000 puffs, but of course this isn’t going to be on one battery charge.

These devices are rechargeable and come with a 480mAh battery built-in to each one. As a heavy vaper myself, I’m getting a couple of days of vaping out of a charge. They recharge in about an hour to full battery so not too long of a charge time. You can also vape while they charge as they do feature pass-thru charging.

From what I can find, it looks like the BOTO 6000 is only offered in 5% (50mg) nicotine strength. Vapers who prefer a lower nicotine strength disposable will have to look elsewhere to get what they want.

The BOTO 6000 is draw-activated so to vape, just put your lips to the mouthpiece and inhale. They provide a tight MTL draw that takes some effort to pull, but the draw-activation works every time and without any issues.

A mesh coil inside the BOTO 6000 is what does the hard work of vaporizing your ejuice. I can’t find the coil resistance or the output wattage of these listed anywhere but I would guess that it’s somewhere around a 1.0Ω resistance coil and that these function at about 10-13W.

Flavors

MOTI BOTO 6000 DIsposables - 3

The flavors for the BOTO 6000 are mostly unique to this device, although there are some flavors that are shared with MOTI’s other disposables. At the time of writing this review, there are ten flavors listed on their website:

  • Aloe Grape
  • Blue Razz Ice
  • Exotic Fusion
  • Gummy Bear
  • Kiwi Dragonfruit
  • Lychee Grapefruit
  • Mango Lychee
  • Peach Mango
  • Mixed Berries
  • Strawberry Banana

I received a flavor that is not listed on their website called “Mango Passionfruit”. I’m not sure if this is a new flavor that just isn’t listed or if it’s replacing their Peach Mango flavor, so it’s a little confusing.

Their flavors are all fruit mixes with the exception of gummy bear which is a candy flavor. Fruit vape lovers will like the options but if you’re looking for interesting flavors like desserts or drinks, you won’t find those here.

I’m going to describe how five of these flavors taste to me and what I think of them. However, keep in mind that just because I like a flavor that does not mean that you will like it. Similarly, if I don’t like a flavor this does not mean that you will not like it. This is solely my subjective opinion.

Mango Passionfruit

This flavor has me thinking that mango and passionfruit are a match made in heaven. The two fruit flavors pair together so well, complimenting each other perfectly. You can taste both flavors all throughout the inhale and the exhale which makes for a nice tropical tasting vape. It’s not candied at all either, which I really like.

Strawberry Banana

This tastes just like a strawberry banana smoothie. The flavors are mixed together but the strawberry is stronger on the inhale and the banana is stronger on the exhale. Again, not candied at all and very natural tasting.

Mixed Berries

Mixed Berries is a flavor made up of raspberries and blueberries. It’s like a blue razz flavor really. It’s slightly sour and tart but with a lot of sweetness to it that keeps me taking draw after draw. The blueberry flavor hits you immediately on the inhale with a crisp sweetness. On the exhale, the raspberry flavor rounds this flavor off with a sharp sweetness.

Kiwi Dragonfruit

This is my favorite flavor from the BOTO 6000’s. There’s a candied sweetness of kiwi that you get right on the exhale, which then gives way to the unique flavor of dragonfruit. It’s really enjoyable because I feel like each draw I taste a little something different from either the kiwi or the dragon fruit so it never gets dull.

Gummy Bear

This gummy bear flavor is one of the best that I’ve tried. I’ve thought that other gummy bear flavors were good in the past but this one really nails it. It has the sweetness of gummy bears but also that lemon/slightly sour aftertaste that gummy bears have too. If you’re a fan of the sweet gummy candy then you’ll want to give this flavor a try.

How Do They Vape?

MOTI BOTO 6000 DIsposables - 2

The BOTO 6000 is a nice disposable to vape on, no matter which flavor you choose, because none of them are so sweet that you can’t vape on it all day. That’s one of the best features of the BOTO 6000; the balanced flavors. They’re delicious but don’t resort to loads of sweetener and sugar to accomplish their goal of tasting wonderful.

The 5% strength nicotine ejuice isn’t harsh at all and remains smooth to vape on while still delivering the satisfaction that you want from a high-nicotine disposable. A couple of puffs is all I needed to feel good from these disposables.

Adding to the good vaping experience is the draw. It’s tight and requires some effort to pull but it’s very similar to a cigarette, which is a good thing for anyone wanting to use these to make the switch over to vaping.

Although they’re too big to carry a bunch of them on you at once, one of these lasts long enough that you don’t have to. I vaped for a couple of days on one before recharging it, after which I was able to charge it a few more times before it died completely. Over a week of use out of a disposable for me is a big deal when I consider just how much I vape. For those of you who aren’t as attached to their vapes as I am, you can probably get multiple weeks from one of these devices.
